Multi-omics R&D intelligence

From sample to biological insight

GenXMap integrates wet lab, multi-omics, bioinformatics and AI into a single scientific workflow, turning your biological data into actionable R&D decisions.

Scoping & Design Hand-off Interpretation & Report

The full engagement is a single GenXMap-led project, from scoping to report. GenXMap's R&D expertise frames the scientific question, then hands off to OMICS4, GenXMap's own technology platform brand, where any platform can run standalone or be composed into a multi-omics bundle, before GenXMap returns for bioinformatics, AI interpretation and reporting.

Our ecosystem

Integrated in one team, anchored in the clusters where the science happens

Running wet lab and computation under one roof answers half the problem. The other half is everything a programme needs that no single provider owns: a specific cohort, a clinical collaborator, a biological model, a complementary platform.

So we placed ourselves where those are already concentrated. GenXMap is a member of the Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster, with an office on site, and its integration into the Marseille Immunology Biocluster is under way. Around that sit the partners we work with routinely, close enough that a joint offering can be contracted as one thing rather than assembled from three. Our 360° transcriptomics programme is what that looks like in practice, and it is where we are most complete: the full transcriptomic spectrum in France — bulk RNA-seq on our own platforms, single-cell with Parean Biotechnologies, spatial with Explicyte — on one design, one sample set and one interpretation.
